Committee

The board of committee shall consist of:

  • Chairman
  • Honorary Club Secretary
  • Captain
  • Vice Captain
  • Other members not exceeding 5 persons.

The members of the Committee shall be appointed by the Company for a period of 2 years on an honorary basis. Key positions will be selected by the Chairman.

The Board of Committee shall meet once a month at a place and date specified by the Chairman. Minutes of the meetings shall be duly recorded. The meetings shall be presided over by the Chairman and in his absence by a person appointed by the Chairman.

The Board of Committee shall advise the company on matters regarding policies, regulations, activities and administration of the Club.
