About Jagorawi

In the 1970s, the first Indonesian tollroad was constructed that connected Jakarta to Bogor and Ciawi. This Ja[karta]-[Bo]gor-[Ci]awi soon became known as the Jagorawi toll road.

In the same year as the opening of this toll road, construction started on the Jagorawi Golf & Country Club, later to be followed by The Lodge at Jagorawi.

In 2003 the noble sport of polo founds its way to Jagorawi and nowadays the Nusantara Polo Club has complete facilities within JGCC.

As a further development, soon part of the remaining land will be made available for a housing development, Jagorawi Estate.
