About Jagorawi

The history of JGCC goes back some 29 years when the club first opened the Old Course for play in 1979. Located in the stunning and former jungle-land setting that is known as the Cikeas River valley, the course was the first "new-era" layout in the country and became the prime example as well as the fore-runner for further development of the golf sport in Indonesia.
The Old Course was also the first course in the country that was designed by a world renowned course designer team (Thomson & Wolveridge) a feat that was unprecedented until then.
