The Commonwealth Bank Institute Of Golf· The CBIOG is one of the first golf performance facilities of world class standard in Indonesia.· The CBIOG is investing time, expertise and money into an intensive Junior Scholarship program aiming to give a select group of Indonesian golfers every chance of becoming golf professionals capable of playing on a PGA Tour in the future. · The CBIOG has the full support of Commonwealth Bank for an initial 5 year period minimum with great support from other Foundation sponsors Jagorawi Golf & Country Club and Titleist. CBIOG Junior Scholarship Program· Uniquely we are sponsoring and training a team of young (11-17 years of age) talented Indonesian Junior golfers about all aspects of the game including swing analysis, technique, short game, the mental side of golf, fitness, nutrition, tournament play and preparation, practice routines and travel.· Providing their golf equipment which will be fitted and updated as needed. · As CBIOG business develops, our aim is to acquire more sponsors to further develop the Junior Scholarship Program. · Scholarships holders were chosen from a mix of young players both from Jakarta and the local area, and will have equal opportunity to learn and develop. · CBIOG hope to be the breeding ground for Indonesia's most talented amateur players so local and regional amateur championship success is a worthy goal.
